Graham Gillette
Graham Gillette has more than three decades of experience helping organizations communicate effectively through periods of change, complexity, and heightened visibility. He has advised leaders in the public, private, and nonprofit sectors on strategic communication, stakeholder engagement, and reputation management, grounded in the belief that effective strategy begins with listening and clarity.
Graham’s experience spans government, corporate, and nonprofit environments. Early in his career, he served as a senior staff member for then-Florida Governor Bob Martinez while completing his undergraduate degree at Florida State University. He later worked in the White House, where he refined his understanding of public communication, policy narratives, and stakeholder interaction.
He has served on multiple boards, including the local school board and the board of Des Moines Water Works, and holds a Master of Science in Science Writing from Johns Hopkins University.
Graham is based in Des Moines, Iowa, where he founded Gillette Strategic Resources with a focus on tailored, thoughtful communication counsel.
